Chicken Enchilada Soup Jar Meal

An all time favorite in our house just made easier by putting it into a jar meal for a delicious, fast meal.

  1. To build the jar meal, layer all items in order listed, in a quart jar, except the water and cream cheese.
  2. Add oxygen absorber, new canning seal, and screw top lid. Tighten Lid.
  3. Label jar meal with name and date. Store in cool, dry enviroment for longest shelf life.
  4. Cooking Directions
  5. Open jar meal and pour contents into a large pot.
  6. Add 8 cups water to contents. Bring to a boil, whisk ingredients to until smooth.
  7. Simmer for approximately 20-25 min.,until black beans are tender.
  8. Cut Softened Cream Cheese into cubes and stir into soup until smooth.
  9. Remove from heat. Enjoy!
